Zásady pro doručování

Last updated: August 12, 2026

CMD Collectibles (China Manufacturing Direct Inc) ships worldwide. Most of our products are made in limited production runs and sold by preorder campaign, so shipping works a little differently than a typical store — this page explains how.

1. Preorder Shipping Windows

Each product page shows an estimated shipping window (for example, "Est. ship Q2 2027"). These estimates reflect our best current information about production and freight timelines and are estimates, not guarantees — much like reward timelines on crowdfunding platforms, they can move due to manufacturing, licensing approvals, or logistics. We post updates when a window changes materially. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only while a product's preorder window is open; after the window closes, all sales are final (see our Refund Policy).

2. Wave Shipping

Preorder campaigns ship in waves as production batches are completed and arrive at our fulfillment points. Orders within a campaign may not all ship on the same day, and two customers in the same country may receive shipments days or weeks apart. If your order contains items from different campaigns, each item ships when its own campaign ships — we do not hold earlier items to combine shipments unless we contact you to arrange it.

3. Carriers and Tracking

We ship via international carrier networks including ePost Global and Yunda Express; the carrier used depends on your destination. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation, and tracking updates are provided through AfterShip. If you provided a mobile number at checkout, you consent to receive automated SMS messages for shipment and delivery tracking updates only — never marketing. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and you will still receive tracking updates by email. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to begin updating after the shipping notification while the parcel is inducted into the carrier network.

Typical transit times after shipment: United States 5–10 business days; Canada, UK, EU, and Australia 7–20 business days; other international destinations 10–30 business days. These are carrier estimates and can be affected by customs processing.

4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Information

Duties and taxes: where checkout collects duties and import taxes (DDP), you pay them upfront and there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Where checkout does not collect them (DDU), you are the importer of record and any duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees are your responsibility on delivery.

Customs identifiers: some countries require a personal identifier for customs clearance (for example, a CPF in Brazil, a tax ID in several countries, or a national short code in Saudi Arabia). If your country requires one, checkout or our team will request it. Orders cannot ship until this information is provided — missing or invalid identifiers are the most common cause of shipping delays. Parcels refused or returned because required customs information was not provided are handled per our Refund Policy.

Address language: for some destinations we may transliterate or translate your address to meet carrier and customs requirements.

5. Address Changes

You can update your shipping address any time before your order ships via the customer support widget on our Site. Because preorder windows can span months, please keep your address current — after a shipping label is created we cannot redirect a parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was no longer valid, we will contact you; reshipment is at the customer's expense.

6. Lost, Stuck, or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days (30 for some international destinations), contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it or refund it in full — your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be required on orders shipped to destinations with elevated transit risk (routes with higher rates of loss, damage, or customs disruption) and on high-value orders. Where insurance is required for your order, it will be shown as a line item at checkout or communicated by our team before shipment. Insured shipments that are lost or damaged in transit are covered per Section 6 and the applicable carrier claim process.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. In rare cases a destination may become unserviceable due to carrier suspensions or trade restrictions after you order; if we cannot ship to you, we will refund your order in full.
